g型单螺杆泵型号在加热炉燃烧系统中的应用　　目前，莫诺定子，有些中小型钢铁厂和其它冶金加工厂在没有气体燃料(如煤气)的条件下，仍在使用液体燃料。而液体燃料为广泛采用的是重油。比如加热炉燃烧系统在重油的输送及喷燃过程中，选择合适的泵机组对炉子的正常工作很重要。由于重油的正常工作粘度一般都比较高(80 ℃时在50×102-6m2/s以上) ，而且随着温度的变化，其粘度的变化比较大。这就要求我们应该选择合适的泵种以适应这些介质的输送，使之稳定而---地运行。尤其是重油的喷燃，泵机组输送压力的恒定很重要。根据调查发现，目前采用外啮合齿轮泵(称齿轮泵)的用户仍居多。其实在这些系统中如果采用g型单螺杆泵则是有更多优点。

管柱脱落是自由式管柱结构经常发生的一种现象，这是由于正常运转时转子旋转对定子产生的摩擦扭矩方向实际上是定子及油管的连接螺纹的卸扣方向，如果摩擦力矩大于油管扣的上扣扭矩，油管就脱扣。当尾管很重时，还会出现螺纹掳扣。当管柱脱落时，通过作业重新连接好就能恢复生产。如果未发生螺纹掳扣，可以采取对扣方式打捞，如果发生掳扣，必须下打捞工具进行打捞。column shedding is a common phenomenon of free tube structure， which is due to the direction of rotation of the friction torque generated by the stator rotor during normal operation is actually a stator&tubing connection1 screw shackle direction， if the friction torque is greater than the pipe le on torque， oil pipe tripping. when the tail pipe is very heavy， there will also be a thread caption. when the pipe column falls off， the production can be restored by reconnecting the work. if the le is not threaded， it can be salvaged by the way of the le. if the le occurs， the fishing tool must be salvaged.
