单螺杆泵主要工作执行元件是由一对分别叫做定子和转子的零件组成：其中定子的形成是通过橡胶注塑机将加热到一定温度下而热熔后有流动性的橡胶注塑在一个特定的金属中空柱形模具里形成的内壁为不等厚度橡胶材料，而外壁为等厚度金属碳钢管组成的零件如图1所示；单螺杆泵的转子是通过加工机床切削加工而成的全金属异形杆件类零件，普通单螺杆泵的工作原理就是通过类似单头螺纹的金属转子和类似双头螺母的橡胶定子之间的过盈配合，将360度方向螺旋缠绕的各自密封的空腔里面的介质，随着转子的转动，沿转子轴线螺旋输送出去，而达到工作目的。

3.等壁厚定子橡胶溶胀、温胀均匀，能较好的---泵的型线，泵的密封性能好，使用运转时具有---的力学性能，有利于长时间持续泵的，从而延长泵的使用周期。
