螺杆泵基本原理：螺杆泵是容积式转子泵，空心转子，主要是依靠泵体与螺杆之间所形成的啮合空间容积变化和移动来输送液体或使液体增压的回转泵，从上图中可以看出。螺杆泵按螺杆数目分为单螺杆泵、双螺杆泵和三螺杆泵等。当主动螺杆转动时，带动与其啮合的从动螺杆一起转动，吸入腔一端的螺杆啮合空间容积逐渐增大，压力降低。液体在压差作用下进入啮合空间容积。
