经过现场验证，匀壁厚定子，使用等壁厚定子的单螺杆泵的压力承受能力相比较普通结构的定子来说至少提高一倍。如：同样100n的压力作用在20 毫米和10 毫米厚的同样面积大小的橡胶材料上，它们的回弹力不同，反应在螺杆泵定子和转子之间的配合上，等壁厚定子耐高压能承受的压力高于普通定子。
